Because each piece is tailored to individual specifications and unique preferences, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the design is approved and production has begun.
We are committed to a collaborative design process, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the 3D models and details before we move forward with the final production.

How It Works: Custom Jewelry Design
At REI DESIGN, we bring your dream jewelry to life through a deeply collaborative and personalized experience. Whether you have a clear vision or want to build a design around a specific gemstone, we guide you through every step of the creation process.
💎Path 1: Recreate & Customize Your Inspiration
If you have a picture of a design you love, or want to modify an existing piece, this is your path.
Step 1: Share Your Inspiration: Upload or send us an image of the jewelry piece you desire.
Step 2: Customize the Details: Let us know how you want to personalize it. You can add, remove, or change gemstones, select your preferred precious metal (14k,18k Gold, Silver, etc.), and adjust the dimensions to fit your style.
Step 3: 3D Modeling & Approval: We will create a precise CAD 3D model of your customized design. You will review it, and we will make adjustments until it is absolutely perfect.
Step 4: Handcrafted Production: Once you approve the final 3D design, we move to the casting, gem-setting, and finishing stages.
💎 Path 2: Design Around a Gemstone (From Scratch)
If you want to select a unique stone first and build a completely original, one-of-a-kind design around it, choose this path.
Step 1: Select Your Gemstone: Choose your ideal center stone (such as White Topaz, Emerald, Sapphire, etc.).
Step 2: Share Your Style: Tell us about your aesthetic preferences—whether you prefer minimalist modern, vintage, or something completely avant-garde.
Step 3: Collaborative 3D Design: We will design a custom 3D model tailored specifically to your chosen stone. You will be involved in every phase of the design, ensuring your feedback is incorporated into the structure.
Step 4: Crafting the Masterpiece: After your final confirmation, our master jeweler brings the piece to life with expert casting and precise stone setting.
