Thank you for visiting REI DESIGN JEWELRY. We are dedicated to creating and delivering high-quality, handcrafted pieces. Because many of our designs are customizable, please review our shipping and production timelines below.
Production & Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Items that are purchased exactly as shown in our portfolio, without any modifications, are processed and dispatched within 2-3business days.
Custom & Modified Orders: If you request any modifications to a design—such as changing the gemstone, resizing, or altering the metal—or if you place a fully bespoke order, each piece is handcrafted to your specifications. Custom orders require a dedicated production window of 2–4 weeks before they are ready to ship. We will provide you with an estimated completion date during our direct consultation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
Once your piece is fully crafted and has passed our quality check, it is securely packaged and shipped.Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.Express Shipping: Available upon request for urgent orders (additional fees may apply).Note: All shipments are fully insured, and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We gladly accept international inquiries and shipments. Please note that for international orders, REI DESIGN JEWELRY is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because custom orders involve sourcing specific gemstones and initiating dedicated benchwork immediately, modifications or cancellations on custom pieces can only be accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
